Device ID connection failed.
IP camera can't read TF card
- Please check if your device support cloud service, if not, please upgrade your device before connection.
- Check the system info page, see if NAT shows connected successfully
- Please turn on the cloud service function, Network Service>>>Cloud service
- If message shows the device is detecting DNS, please check the network setting of the device, make sure the Device is under the same network layer as the router, check the DNS setting of the router and fill the same DNS setting into the camera DNS setting.
- Turn on the DHCP function of the device, let the device obtain an IP automatically from router.
- If message shows port no is wrong, please check if Port 8000 is occupied by other devices.
- Upgrade your mobile App to the latest version.
- If connection still fails, please contact your sales representative or technician for support.
IP camera can't read TF card
- TF card doesn't support hot plug, please make sure you power off the camera when you install the card
- Please use 32GB TF card or less, Kingston Class4 will be priority.
- Upgrade the firmware if necessary.
- RS485 cable is not connected well, re-connect the cable;
- a RS485 cable is broken, should replace that cable;
- The distance between the host and the speed dome is too far,you should add the terminal-matching resistors;
- Too many of speed dome are to be connected, should add the RS485 distributor;
- If you set up a security question when you install the DVR/NVR, you can simply revise your passwords by answering the security question
- For IPC/DVR/NVR, when you forget passwords, you'll need to contact your sales manager to get a super password to login.
